Pluralsight
Located in Draper, Utah, on the slopes of the Point of the Mountain at the edge of Salt Lake County is the sleek and modern office building of Pluralsight, the “tech workforce development company.”
Housing one of the first Silicon-Slope tech companies in the area, the sentinel-structure sits on a 30-acre lot, at approximately 350,000sf, with an innovative and exciting interior.
In a collaborative effort, Okland Construction built the core and shell in the while Layton Construction’s Interior Construction Specialists (ICS) handled the tenant improvement (TI) work.
When inside, visitors are greeted with a unique setup that includes a 48-by-8ft LED wall, a massive open ceiling, and generous open space.
Full of chairs and tables, dining areas, and cubicles, the structure excludes induvial offices inside the space, creating a spirit of community and collaboration – with 103 collaboration rooms equipped with one-touch Zoom conference capabilities.
Pluralsight also provides a yoga room, a golf simulator, and wellness and training areas for its employees. These remarkable features represent only the initial stage of Pluralsight’s establishment, with more plans to expand their offices at the Point of the Mountain to one million
square feet.
Despite the pandemic’s impact, the Pluralsight office was successfully completed as desired, boasting a groundbreaking and captivating design that is set to redefine the expectations of office aesthetics and ambiance for companies.
