ServiceNow expanded its footprint in Dublin by selecting Structure Tone Dublin to complete a 90,000sf fit-out across four floors in a prime central location overlooking Trinity College. This expansion aligns with ServiceNow’s long-term vision to attract top talent by providing a hybrid-friendly, appealing workspace. The design incorporates high-end finishes, acoustic ceilings, flexible collaborative areas, mothers’ rooms, and a café, along with scenic views of the city, creating a sophisticated, comfortable environment for employees.
The fast-tracked project, divided into phases, was led by Thomas Kennedy and Darren Doyle, who had previously worked on ServiceNow’s initial Dublin office, ensuring continuity and efficient execution. Completed in May 2024, the phased timeline saw the fifth and sixth floors delivered in March, the fourth floor in April, and the final phase by early May. Structure Tone managed challenging logistics, including a one-lane access road for deliveries and coordination with other contractors on-site.
In addition, this project marked the European debut of ServiceNow’s Sustainable Design and Construction Standards, incorporating LEED and WELL principles. Structure Tone’s Sustainability Supervisor, Kiarán McNerney, adapted American sustainability guidelines to European standards, contributing expertise to support future projects. Structure Tone actively tracked and categorized carbon emissions from all materials used, emphasizing a commitment to environmental responsibility.
With its careful blend of modern amenities and local architectural inspiration, the new office space has already increased on-site engagement, fostering collaboration and supporting ServiceNow’s mission of “Making the World Work Better for Everyone.”
