SVB Leerink
Structure Tone managed the two-floor office relocation and fit-out for SVB Leerink LLC (now operating as SVB Securities), a leading investment bank specializing in healthcare and technology. Our team’s interior construction scope of work consisted of private offices, open workstations, a central reception area, various conference rooms, a café/pantry, and support spaces, including copy/print areas, file storage room, and an IDF room. Connecting the two floors in a switchback marble staircase, complete with additional high-end finishes.
