Verily
Verily is Alphabet Inc’s research organization devoted to the study of life sciences. After a referral from Google’s facilities staff in Cambridge, Verily approached our Boston team to manage the relocation of its headquarters into 100 Causeway Street, a new tower located in Boston’s West End. Construction of this four-floor, 108,000sf interior fit out was completed over 9 months after a lengthy preconstruction phase. Following a high-end design by Perkins + Will, the new space consists of large open workspaces, conference rooms of various sizes, a pantry, café, boardroom, and executive offices. Our team also procured new furnishings and accessories.
