The renovation at the IBC Centre tower in Downtown San Antonio involved a complete five-floor demolition and build-back, accomplished in less than ten weeks.
The fifth through ninth floor renovation included the construction of several executive offices, conference rooms, break rooms, a board room, and a complete renovation of the restrooms, elevator lobbies, and all public and ancillary spaces.
Although the intricacy of the design, sheer size, and short schedule presented interesting challenges, this project was completed on time, on budget and with a high level of quality.
