Structure Tone was selected by ZS Associates to perform their office renovation in One Liberty Place, located in Philadelphia, PA. During the preconstruction period, Structure Tone worked closely with ZS Associates, Savills Studley and the architecture and engineering team to identify value engineering options.
ZS Associates occupied the entire 35th floor of One Liberty Place (approximately 25,000 sf), and this project was performed as an ‘in-place renovation.” We decided on a logical demising line and cordoned off half of the existing space. ZS relocated their staff into one half of the floor after working with us to provide additional temporary seats for staff in this area. We completed the first phase of the project within schedule, and we were able to shave off approximately 5 weeks from the second phase. Having all materials in hand for the second phase, we were able to expedite this portion of the project without expending any overtime/acceleration costs.
