FanDuel
FanDuel’s NYC headquarters is a two-floor fit-out thoughtfully executed to support flexibility, collaboration, and long-term innovation. Structure Tone completed the project leveraging the team’s deep familiarity with the building, aligning the space with the client’s evolving needs.
One of the floors functions as the primary workspace, organized around a centrally located café that anchors daily activity. Conference rooms feature double-glazed fronts, while a prominent boardroom serves as a dedicated hub for collaboration. Designed with adaptability in mind, the other floor includes a large Town Hall meeting space with an operable partition, allowing the space to be configured for a wide range of events. Across both floors, polished concrete and carpet flooring pair with exposed ceilings and integrated acoustic treatment to create a cohesive, modern environment.
The project distinguished itself through precision and disciplined execution, culminating in a zero-punch-list delivery. Close coordination among FanDuel, the design team, and trade partners supported clear communication and shared accountability throughout the build. Weekly walkthroughs, proactive resolution, and early procurement of long-lead materials kept the project on schedule while upholding rigorous quality standards.
