Pavarini McGovern served as the CM to a long-time repeat client for a significant infrastructure upgrade to one of their commercial assets, which remained operational during construction.
Various upgrades to the infrastructure included new ADA compliant bathrooms and other elevations from a  new chiller and hot water plant to a new generator and various other MEPS improvements.
The team conducted structural work that included new stairs, bulkhead, and dunnage for new rooftop equipment. We replaced the existing 2300-ton cooling towers with 1000-ton  cooling towers and installed new Boilers (6000MBH) and 700-ton modular chillers.
We coordinated all work with building management, staff engineers, and tenants to minimize disruptions and plan for off-hours work requiring shutdowns and system relocations.
