Structure Tone Southwest completed an 8,500sf office renovation for a prestigious law firm, transforming the space into a sophisticated and highly functional environment. The project involved expanding offices, shifting corridor walls, and creating new workspaces that seamlessly blend elegance with practicality.
The redesigned office features private partner suites with attached conference rooms, spacious meeting areas, flexible workspaces, and custom design elements—including exposed ceilings with faux wood beams, motorized shades, and switchable glass partitions—all within an occupied building.
Our team implemented smart solutions, such as a high-end operable partition that eliminated the need for structural steel and a redesigned faux beam system that reduced costs and lead times. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were also upgraded, incorporating retrofits to preserve existing equipment where possible.
Delivered on time and within budget, this project showcases our ability to meet high design standards while ensuring lasting functionality and efficiency.
