Alphadyne
When this global asset management company planned to relocate their London operation in just 10 weeks, they selected Structure Tone as their go-to construction partner.
The scope of work included perimeter offices, an open area with custom workstations, conference rooms, a trading area, and a small café space. The floor sparkles with intricate details and high-end finishes, making this otherwise simple CAT B space a truly interesting, one-of-a-kind project.
The lift lobby area welcomes guests and staff with polished limestone tile flooring while the coffee bar/café features an ultra-modern Caesarstone worktop. The boardroom and conference rooms include state-of-the-art A/V equipment.
The company’s brand identity is an essential part of their working environment. To preserve their unique personality, the client employed New York-based master craftsman, Pierre Finkelstein of Grand Illusion Decorative Painting Inc, to oversee the design, with a focus on the decorative painting. The walls are adorned with blue and white hand-painted themes reminiscent of the Alps contrasted with bold hand-painted equations and trading algorithms.
With preplanning for long-lead specialty materials, the Structure Tone team was able to finish the work within the client’s tight timeframe and match their vision for a bold new workplace.
