Following a successful project at 100 Brompton Road, London, Carlson Capital, who was previous referred from our Dallas office, appointed Structure Tone to strip back their offices located on the seventh and eighth floors of 100 Brompton Road to CAT A followed by a negotiated CAT B fit-out.
The project was completed to a fast-track programme featuring two phases—nine and eight weeks respectively. We welcomed the client-direct vendors that included data, structural cabling, furniture as well as A/V during week five of the fit-out to install new fibre cabling that ensured we met the tight deadline.
Fit-out works included new air conditioning, new data cabling, new solid and glazed partitioning, feature ceiling and feature lights, new reception and desk, open plan trading areas with SBFI desking, state-of-the-art tea points and solid timber flooring.
