LF Driscoll completed a comprehensive façade renovation and several critical MEP upgrades at an administrative services building for Swarthmore College located at 101 S Chester Road. During preconstruction, our engineering team collaborated closely with the design team and trade partners in a full design-assist process on the façade.

LF Driscoll is playing a pivotal role in making history in New Jersey. The team is currently constructing Rowan University’s new Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine—the first veterinary school in the state.
Calder Gardens is an underground gallery nestled within a four-acre garden along Ben Franklin Parkway in Museum Row, directly across from the Rodin Museum and the Barnes Foundation. LF Driscoll was selected as the construction manager due to our proven expertise in high-profile projects.
University of Pennsylvania, Vagelos Laboratory for Energy Science and Technology

The state-of-the-art Vagelos Laboratory for Energy Science and Technology will serve as a hub for the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS). The new laboratory building consists of seven floors features  highly flexible labs and workstations, faculty offices, administrative suites, and collaborative meeting/workspaces.
The Cobbs Creek Foundation is leading the restoration of the historic Cobbs Creek Golf Course in West Philadelphia. This revitalization project includes reconstructing over three miles of creek and tributaries, developing acres of wetlands, fully restoring the original 18-hole course, and adding a new nine-hole course, a short course, a two-story driving range featuring a restaurant, pro shop, and a dedicated space for community events.

Saint Joseph’s University (SJU) selected LF Driscoll as construction manager for comprehensive renovation to its campus recreation and athletic facility, including a natatorium. This 72,000sf project encompassed upgrades to athletic locker rooms, showers, training spaces, weight and fitness rooms, a new cardio area, elevators, the natatorium, and outdoor areas.

LF Driscoll, in partnership with Pride Enterprises, conducted detailed constructability and estimating reviews with the owner early in the design development phase for a 661-space above ground parking garage. By engaging closely with the design team, we identified key elements that required further detail and refinement to align the project with the owner’s budget.
LF Driscoll and Perryman skillfully managed the interests of multiple project stakeholders—including developer Mosaic, owner University of Pennsylvania, the owner’s representative Watchdog, retail tenant McDonald's, SEPTA, and separate design teams—for this building’s core/shell construction and tenant fit-out.
In partnership with Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, and through a joint venture between PAM Health and Bayhealth, the LF Driscoll and Warfel Joint Venture (LFD/Warfel JV) successfully delivered the second of four planned acute care hospitals for this group.
