Denbury Resources
Denbury Resources Inc., the rapidly expanding independent oil and natural gas company, selected Structure Tone Southwest to perform construction management services for the relocation and consolidation of their new corporate headquarters located at one of America’s finest corporate developments, The Campus at Legacy, home to several of the world’s top companies.
The new facility can accommodate more than 600 employees providing expansion space for the current staff of 540 that relocated from multiple locations.
The new 525,000sf headquarters consists of general office space, training rooms, a Tier II data center/server room on raised flooring, executive boardrooms, executive areas and a full cafeteria/servicer and kitchen. Denbury envisioned a new facility that included amenities and a feel which encouraged employees to work both efficiently and effectively within their team dynamic. With such a distinct workplace culture, Denbury’s goal was to create a bright and inviting new home for their staff, embracing the past that made them successful while making subtle changes that would appeal to those who are taking them into the future.
