Structure Tone helped Ericsson consolidate its corporate campus, by converting a 250,000sf closed office environment into an open-plan environment.

Structure Tone managed the complete interior demolition and interior rebuild of three of the six buildings that make up the campus. The entire project was completed in 16 months and was comprised of five months of preconstruction and an 11-month construction phase (two months of demolition and nine months of interior construction).
Ericsson received LEED® Gold certification for sustainability features including 45 percent water reduction, 97 percent Energy Star compliance and indoor air quality management. This project also received a Citation of Merit for safety, from the New Jersey Governor’s Annual Occupational Safety and Health Department Awards Program.
