University Health Wheatley
Structure Tone Southwest partnered with University Health to deliver a new primary care and multispecialty health center in San Antonio. The single-story tilt-wall facility was constructed from the ground up, encompassing site excavation, building pad preparation, tilt-wall erection, and the installation of a steel roof system.
The center features dedicated rooms for X-ray, ultrasound, pharmacy, and patient treatment, with additional structural steel incorporated to support specialized imaging equipment. A custom, laser-cut metal panel featuring the University Health logo enhances the main entrance, reinforcing the brand’s presence and the building’s architectural identity.
Throughout the project, the team maintained a strong commitment to safety through proactive site orientations and consistent oversight. Advanced coordination tools, including BIM, 3D modeling, and clash detection, streamlined construction and ensured accuracy across all building systems.
