Located at 7 Hudson Square, The Walt Disney Company’s NYC headquarters transforms a full city block into a vertically integrated, media-ready campus. Two towers connected by the Great Room house nearly 725,000sf of studios, newsrooms, and flexible workplaces designed for collaboration, broadcast excellence, and future-ready storytelling.
Structure Tone transformed 110,000sf across three floors at Manhattan West for a confidential global financial services client, delivering a flexible, collaborative, and people-centric workspace. Featuring innovation hubs, conference spaces, a stage platform, barista bar, internal stair, and reservable work zones, the project was completed with zero safety incidents and a zero-punch list.
Marshall Wace LLP partnered with Structure Tone to create a 66,000sf boutique-inspired New York headquarters at 66 Hudson Boulevard—an office designed to feel more like a private club than a traditional workplace. Working closely with the client and Mancini Duffy, the team delivered a highly personalized environment featuring reclaimed materials, custom-crafted fixtures, interconnecting stairs, private terraces, and multiple hospitality spaces.
Structure Tone partnered with M Moser Associates to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-inspired workplace for a confidential client in Manhattan. Spanning two floors, the space features a hotel-lobby feel, interconnecting staircase, wellness amenities, and a 20x20 ft ultra-HD LED wall.
After a successful 7th floor refresh, LiveRamp turned to Structure Tone for a 10,000sf interior fit-out on their 9th floor. The open floor plan fosters collaboration and features a welcoming reception, green-accented conference rooms, modular breakout spaces, and a high-end pantry.

Serving as construction manager, Structure Tone completed an extensive two-phased, 255,000sf renovation project for the illustrious St. Regis New York Hotel.
Situated East of Washington Square Park, NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences underwent a significant redevelopment initiative encompassing a complete overhaul of its infrastructure and aesthetics. Structure Tone did a thorough gut renovation and fit-out of floors 2-6, alongside extensive enhancements to the elevator systems, mechanical infrastructure, electrical capacity, windows, vertical risers, and new lobby staircase.
