Situated East of Washington Square Park, NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences underwent a significant redevelopment initiative encompassing a complete overhaul of its infrastructure and aesthetics. Structure Tone did a thorough gut renovation and fit-out of floors 2-6, alongside extensive enhancements to the elevator systems, mechanical infrastructure, electrical capacity, windows, vertical risers, and new lobby staircase.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the New York Mets’ (NYM) corporate offices at Citi Field. The 5,500sf, known as “The Hub,” serves as a social, dining, and event space for the NYM employees.
High above the streets of Lower Manhattan, a new rooftop destination has arrived - vibrant, stylish, and built for all seasons. Conrad New York Downtown has introduced Leonessa, a lively Italian-inspired cocktail lounge that replaces the former Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the New York office relocation of Atlanta-based law firm, which involved the 35,000sf fit-out of a new, unoccupied single-floor space. The project included a variety of spaces such as general office areas, executive suites, conference rooms, a reception area and lobby, a pantry/dining area, huddle rooms, and an IDF room.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the reconfiguration of the 26th and 27th floors of Duolingo’s new NYC offices, transforming the space into an open, collaborative hub for over 200 employees. The new layout was designed to accommodate a variety of work styles giving priority to neurodiversity in the workplace, from tranquil reading rooms ideal for focused work to lively, collaborative spaces like the cafeteria.
Cosmetic giant Revlon relocated their executive offices from Midtown to the top two floors of One New York Plaza. Sitting atop the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the office features spectacular panoramic harbor views of Governor's Island, the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, and New Jersey.
Structure Tone provided comprehensive construction management services for Brightstar Capital Partners’ office relocation, moving the private equity firm from 650 Fifth Avenue to a newly designed space on the 18th floor of 51 West 52nd Street. The project, spanning approximately 24,000sf, involved building out an unoccupied floor within a fully occupied building, with the added challenge of maintaining appropriate noise levels throughout the day due to the property management office directly above.
Crowell & Moring, a prestigious global law firm with a stronghold in New York, partnered with Structure Tone to manage the construction of their office relocation to floors 44-45 at 2 Manhattan West. Spanning 72,000sf, this project aimed to create a sophisticated and functional workspace tailored to the firm’s standards.
Working with Tishman Speyer, Structure Tone led the fit-out and provided construction services for Lane Management on the 8th floor of The MetLife Building. This is the first New York office for this boutique, relationship-driven real estate investment manager’s first New York office.
