Boston Consulting Group chose Structure Tone to expand its New York headquarters at 10 Hudson Yards with a new 41st floor, unifying seven levels with cohesive design elements while expressing the workplace’s progression from past to future.
Since 2020, Structure Tone has completed several projects for the retirement and investment solutions company, Mutual of America Financial Group. This office consolidation and restack– also an ICAP project – consisted of renovating and modernizing floors 4, 5, and 6 and was designed to accommodate 250 employees.
Structure Tone successfully managed the office relocation for GameChanger, relocating them to a 26,000sf space spanning floors 17 and 18 at Zero Irving. Tasked with creating a modern workspace for 100 employees, the project aimed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Structure Tone New York completed Eataly Soho, Eataly’s third NYC location, situated on the ground and first floor of a historically landmarked building at 200 Lafayette Street. Spanning nearly 20,000sf and designed with New Yorkers in mind, Eataly Soho sets a new standard for future medium-sized Eataly eateries.
Structure Tone managed the construction of the office for The Climate Initiatives Group, a mission-driven investment and philanthropic firm focused on the climate crisis. Located on the 47th floor, there is a mixture of private and executive offices along with a client-facing reception area, meeting/conference rooms, huddle areas, a library, and wellness room.
Structure Tone provided construction services for BBR Partners' 30,000sf fit-out in Midtown East. With this relocation, the wealth management firm moved away from a two-floor, disconnected work environment, to a single floor with increased square footage that encourages greater collaboration among teams.

In recent years, the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies along with parts of the Fred DeMatteis School of Engineering and Applied Science have been rapidly expanding. To meet the demands for their increasing number of science, engineering, and nursing students, Hofstra University partnered with Structure Tone New York to build their new 75,000sf Center for Science and Innovation.
Structure Tone teamed with Boston Properties to complete a 35,000sf amenity center located on the 2nd floor of the GM Building and accessible via the lobby and elevator banks. Our scope of work consisted of an on-site conferencing and events center with three rooms divisible by vertical folding partitions, a reception lounge with full-service bar, a cooking kitchen with customizable menu and catering options, casual dining facilities, and first-class gym and spa for prioritizing wellness.
Located on the 37th floor of the GM Building in midtown Manhattan overlooking Central Park, the 40,000sf Colette Club is an exclusive, luxury office space created by Santa Cruz Co. in partnership with EMS Capital LP.
After success in building out Avocado Green Brands’ flagship store in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, Structure Tone provided construction services for another location in Brooklyn, our team’s second project with the brand as it continues to expand its physical retail presence.
Following nearly 15 years of planning, construction, and fundraising, The Jackie Robinson Museum (JRM) is open. In partnership with Zubatkin, Gensler, ME Engineering, and the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), Structure Tone transformed the ground floor of 75 Varick Street into a space dedicated to the remarkable life and legacy of the legend who became the first African American to play Major League Baseball in 1947.
In 1992, Mutual of America acquired 320 Park Avenue, an iconic Class A office building to house their headquarters and other high-profile tenants. In 2021, Mutual of America partnered with SNY as their construction management contractor to complete an extensive refurbishment.
