Proskauer
Proskauer, a leading international law firm, and Structure Tone continued our 15-year relationship when we constructed the new headquarters space at Eleven Times Square. Proskauer is the anchor tenant at the LEED® Gold office tower with its 400,000sf relocation from 1585 Broadway. On average, 300 to 400 tradesmen were on-site daily with a peak of over 600 people on-site at one time.
Office construction was completed within 22 weeks on 14 floors and required high-quality construction with private offices, high-end millwork, lighting and high-density filing systems. Twelve floors are law practice floors with general support areas, including conference rooms and pantries. LED lighting with motion sensors and wireless access points were installed throughout the new office.
The conference center is on two floors and includes a restaurant-grade kitchen, servery, coffee bar and dining area. The office also includes:
- Multi-purpose conference rooms with Skyfold partitions
- State-of-the-art A/V and teleconferencing capabilities in every conference room
- Glass office fronts with high acoustical ratings
- Floating glass and stainless steel staircase
- LEED® Gold intentions certification
