Indeed
Pavarini North East proudly served as construction manager for Indeed’s new Stamford Elm campus, delivering a transformative interior fit‑out that supports collaboration, focus, and flexibility across teams. Located in the heart of downtown Stamford, the project marks a new chapter for Indeed as it establishes deeper roots in a growing hub for business and innovation.
The 124,000sf campus spans two interconnected buildings, each thoughtfully planned to support different modes of work while fostering a strong sense of community. The Clock Tower building serves as the social and shared heart of the campus, housing all‑hands gathering spaces, learning environments, community hubs, game rooms, employee wellness amenities, and barista‑supported café spaces. The adjacent Bar Building with dedicated team neighborhoods, conference and training rooms, and a variety of working areas is designed to support both individual productivity and team engagement.
PNE managed the interior fit-out, which included a cooking gas kitchen, two serveries, two barista bars, café seating, interconnecting staircases, open and enclosed workstations, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces. The design supports a projected occupancy of approximately 1,000-1,500 employees, emphasizing adaptability, comfort, and long‑term flexibility as workforce needs evolve.
Throughout the project, the team collaborated closely with the client, design partners, and consultants to coordinate the complex programming across multiple floors and buildings. Careful planning and execution ensured seamless integration of amenity‑rich spaces with high‑performance work environments, while maintaining schedule alignment and quality standards.
Sustainability was a key driver throughout delivery. PNE successfully achieved Indeed’s project requirements, contributing to the campus’ LEED® Gold certification. Strategies focused on energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality, reinforcing the client’s commitment to responsible and healthy workplace design.
