Hackensack Meridian Health Ambulatory Care Center
Our firm provided full preconstruction and construction services for Hackensack Meridian Health’s Ambulatory Care Center in Eatontown, NJ. Our team repurposed an existing retail building to include the following medical areas:
- Urgent care center
- Pharmacy
- Diagnostic imaging
- Primary care
- Pediatric primary care
- Physical/occupational therapy
- Cardiac rehab
- Women’s oncology
- OB/GYN
The project also consisted of all new MEP infrastructure, 10 new roof top units, and new electrical distribution. HMH requested early turnover of the Urgent Care center, requiring close coordination with the design team to make sure all life safety systems and means of egress were documented for the township. We reviewed the plan, coordinated the lead times of materials and equipment, and released early bid packages to ensure a timely turnover of the Urgent Care.
