Innovation Pointe
Innovation Pointe is a multi-phase, high-tech office campus consisting of four five-story buildings. Major sitework was required to accommodate the massive campus infrastructure. Each building includes 145,000 SF of leasable space, floor-to-ceiling exterior glazing, and an attached two-story podium parking structure. Layton completed various tenant improvement projects on the interior of each.
