Aon Ireland recently unveiled its newly completed interior fit-out, showcasing a state-of-the-art workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation. This custom-designed space brings together Aon’s Dublin-based colleagues under one roof, with a modern, open layout designed to support a dynamic, interactive work culture. The fit-out is intended to enhance teamwork across Aon’s Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities, enabling more seamless communication and idea sharing. The fit out has been awarded the LEED Platinum certification, the highest standard in green building and sustainability, and WELL Platinum, the highest-level standard in people health and wellbeing.
One of the standout features of this new office is the inclusion of Aon’s Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA), a dedicated space designed to serve clients globally. The ACIA play a key role in providing cutting-edge analytics and innovative solutions, solidifying Aon’s commitment to driving value and success for its clients worldwide.
