Confidential Financial Services Client
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the build-out of this client’s office space at 767 Fifth Avenue. Encompassing approximately 35,000sf, the new space boasts high-end finishes and spectacular views of the city skyline and Central Park.
Coupled with an intricate design and a tight 18-week schedule, the preconstruction phase set the stage for effective construction execution. During preconstruction we identified the long-lead items, alternatives for cost savings and we pre-purchased all long delivery items.
The scope of work for the project included perimeter offices, open workstations, an elevator lobby, a reception area, a café space, a gym and locker room as well as support areas. The project required several custom finishes that were long-lead items and had to be selectively pre-ordered. Upon entering the floor, the elevator lobby features back painted glass walls that lead into the reception area. The reception area greets the staff and guests alike with a custom walnut reception desk and lounge area.
Our team worked closely with the consultants and subcontractors to make sure these items were identified and milestones were set to meet the schedule. As a result, coordination and communication were integral to the success of the project.
