Structure Tone Southwest completed the interior renovation of 31,000sf for the relocation of Marsh & McLennan’s Austin call center.
The project consisted of professional offices with approximately 95% open plan, reception, conference area, reception area, boardroom and client conference room. Other unique functions included a high-density file room, an IDF server room, a production mail center and a lunch/training room.
