Home to LinkedIn’s EMEA headquarters, the project was completed on a phased possession basis where Structure Tone worked alongside the developer’s base build contractor for a large portion of the project duration.
During preconstruction, Structure Tone worked closely with the design team and cost consultants to enhance project value undertaking a detailed value engineering exercise while not compromising the quality of the fit out. Structure Tone also used this preconstruction period to de-risk the project by identifying materials readily available during a turbulent global supply chain period.
The fit out consisted of a high-end finish to nine floors of commercial space and a basement fit out. Works included full M&E installation, state of the art kitchen/culinary installation, partitions & ceilings, floor and wall finishes, specialist joinery, wellness facilities, full AV/IT fit out, furniture installation along with all other finishes to provide a turnkey solution ready for LinkedIn to occupy the space. The building is also a smart building with Structure Tone installing density sensors, air quality sensors and entry sensors before integrating within the Building Management System. The project utilized full BIM capabilities for co-ordinating the mechanical and electrical design and is in the final steps of achieving LEED platinum accreditation.
