Financial Services Client, 7 Albemarle St, London
Structure Tone completed the refurbishment and fit-out the London office for a Financial Services Client.
Our scope included a full replacement of the MEP infrastructure, a full restoration of all the original Georgian features and the fit-out of floors one through four. We also built a new extension to the rear of the property to accommodate additional office space, catering facilities, meeting space and a roof garden.
All of the works were carried out over multiple phases whilst the client was in full occupation.
STL engaged with the financial services client early on in the design process to advise on buildability, intelligent building analysis, and design for healthier environment in our support of wellness objectives.
